If for some reason you wish to return your item you can e-mail us info@pinkblackheart.com and let us know about the item you are returning and why. You will have the option to exchange for same item(s) or get a refund for your returned item(s).

You may not return your item if : any of the tags are removed, item is no longer in it's new condition/has been worn or taken any damage to it by the customer or third parties, item has been altered in any way shape or form by the customer or third parties. You may not return intimates/underwear, body suits, swimwear, hair accessories, earrings, hats, scarves, gloves, tights and socks, slippers and shoes that are typically worn without socks, for hygiene purposes.

Item(s) must come back with all their original packaging and tags.

Items must be returned as following, you must alert us of you wanting to return the item(s), within 14 days of purchase and must send back the item(s) after receiving a go ahead message back from us. If you send items back to us without letting us know first and waiting for a go ahead message back or missing telling us within the 14 day frame we are not obliged to go ahead with the return and refund or replace etc. and are not obliged to send items back without payment from you for shipping costs to send them back to you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the return item arrives with us. We recommend that you send your returns via a recorded / registered / insured delivery method as we cannot refund for items which we have not received.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed and refunded to your card.

We are not obliged to cover return shipping nor any  return packaging costs.

If the price of an item or items has gone up or down since your purchase you will not be refunded neither the higher nor the lower price, you will only be refunded what you paid for the item.
